1996 Buick Century
The 1996 Buick Century is the last model of Buick before it was completely redesigned
in the following year. In this model year the engine was intended to last for
5 years so as the spark plugs. The stainless steel exhaust is more durable. V6
engines had become the standard power generator for Buicks except for the Special
model, which it was offered only as optional. The offered engine for 1996 Buick
Century is the 3.1-liter V6. It is a responsive power generator with smooth and
quality ride.
The Special model on the other hand offers the driver airbag and anti-lock brake
system, rear window defroster, power windows, speed sensitive power door locks,
and automatic front seatbelts. Also included are the visor vanity mirrors, driver
remote mirror, power reclining split-bench seat, intermittent front wipers, and
tinted glass. The added features to this model as an option is the keyless entry
system, power outside mirrors, and AM/FM stereo cassette with automatic power
antenna that helps provide more convenience and to the driver and other occupants.
